Parth Kakra joined the Corporate Finance team at Raintree in February 2024 as an Investment Analyst. In his role, he supports the full lifecycle of product development, including securities analysis, due diligence, market research, and the creation of offering materials and financial models. Parth works closely with senior leadership and all issuers to evaluate new investment opportunities and contribute to the strategic growth of the firm’s private market offerings.
Parth graduated in 2024 from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Finance, and is currently pursuing his CFA designation. Outside of work, Parth enjoys travelling, playing basketball, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
